Upload of the "Introduction to Training Classifiers" tutorial. To begin, I used a tutorial originally in .docx format, translated it to markdown format, and then proceeded to make several enhancements. I broadened its scope beyond new lab members. The section on annotated datasets was omitted, and I restructured the tutorial to align with the OPSO documentation format by adjusting the indentation. For visual aids, I incorporated multiple .png files stored in a dedicated "media" folder. Additionally, to facilitate the integration of a new version of the docs branch using ReadtheDocs, it was necessary to downgrade the sphinx version specified in the requirements.txt file.

Besides updates to Intro to training classifiers section, some small updates/typo fixes are included in other places in the documentation, including README.md, docs/index.rst, and a tutorial notebook.
