installation

get the lastest release of https://github.com/DeadSix27/waifu2x-converter-cpp/releases decompress it in a folder. place the waifu2x_CL_GUI.exe inside the same folder install the vbrun60sp6.exe provided with the release

usage

run waifu2x_CL_GUI.exe and select your options. press the make batch file boutton. you can now close the software and doubleclock on the file named RunMe.bat to execute the command. that's it. enjoy
