Custom Notes v2.2.2

2.2.2 is a small hotfix that makes Custom Notes work on Beat Saber version 1.13.4.

2.2.2 Changelog:

• Fixed for game update
• For the time being, disabled score submission for "Small Notes" modifier when custom notes are enabled
• Other minor fixes

NOTE: Custom notes currently don't work on strict angles/pro mode.

This mod requires the latest version of SiraUtil.
