docs: update documentation (#11)

This pull request introduces several significant changes to the
`lumirlumir` project, focusing on adding English documentation and
updating the Code of Conduct and contributing guidelines. The most
important changes include the addition of English versions of key
documents, updates to the Code of Conduct, and improvements to the
contributing guidelines.

Documentation updates:

* Added English versions of the Code of Conduct
(`CODE_OF_CONDUCT.en.md`), contributing guidelines
(`CONTRIBUTING.en.md`), and README (`README.en.md`).
