fpm fails to build with gcc14. I have opened an issue with upstream: fortran-lang/fpm#1059

This is a trivial revbump with no change to the code. I expected it just to work, and machine was busy with other stuff.

P. S. If there is no response from upstream by tomorrow, I close the PR and deal with it later. Not planning to keep this hanging in vain.
