Fixed instructions for the 79NG fjord 2DV-model setup

This release contains the GETM setup files of the 2DV-model for the 79° North Glacier fjord in Greenland by Reinert et al. (2023), together with instructions to reproduce the model runs described in their paper submitted to JAMES. The instructions and the run-script were corrected in comparison to the initial release.
