Having a base class for testcontainer setup makes it clearer how and where dynamic properties are set up.
Also: the previous localstack setup was awaiting the wrong condition, but
org.testcontainers.containers.localstack.LocalStackContaineralready sets up the proper wait condition on initialisation.
