Automatic bootstrap generation and fix some client props #198

This PR does mainly 2 things:

Finish decoding/encoding with melange-json (and support for React.element and promises!!!!)
Generate the bootstrap from melange comments
Adds an error for react.client.components inside module_expr (this might be fixed later!)
