The first meeting of the Witwit project was held at Study Room Kenya on the 18th of January.

- Brainstorming on the technology that will be used for the project
- Discussion on the type of database which will be used to store our data.
- Discussion regarding the languages used for the frontend and the backend of the project.
- Planning for Sprint 2
- Division of the task/ forming inner teams and assigning the task to the teams
- Setting up the Discord and agreeing to use it as the official communication channel
- Setting up the GitHub repo
- Demonstration of the SourceTree software for the git commits
- Setting up the task/progress visual tracker? (maybe use clickUp)
- Deciding on who’s doing the frontend/backend
- Decide which database to use (MySQL or MongoDB).
- Decide on the FEATURE of the project
- Meet with the TA/client
- Documentation (Google doc)? for the description of the project/ description of the tasks (processes, backlog, prototypes, all that good stuff)
- Created some issues (organize task we’d like to accomplish with issues in the repo)
- Put features we want to issue on Github
- Plan the next meeting
- Division of the branches and start the initial commits (everyone tried a pull request on github before sprint 1
- Start tracking the conversation between members of the team (all discussion need to be posted later on Github)
- Create high level user stories for features (check the Teacher’s email)
