Update qlab-math crate and add interpolation module

This commit adds an interpolation module to the qlab-math crate. It also optimizes and refactors some parts of the crate's structure, along with updating mathematical dependencies for a smoother performance. Lastly, the qlab-error crate is updated and reintegrated into the workspace for better error handling.
