IMPORTANT: This PR should not get merged.
It was created to hold several scripts to aid in the deployment and upgrade of factory contracts.

See scripts folder for:

  • upgrade_factory_*.sh - handles the factory upgrade, with loading the metadata information
  • upgrade_fa_dao_direct_*.sh - scripts for making deploys directly DAOs that can be upgraded if full access keys exist (needs consent from DAO)
  • deploy_factory_testnet.sh - the full battery of testing from current on-chain state into fully upgraded V3 state, including test DAO scenarios.
