How we use this repo

We are using milestones, issues, labels and the wiki. We are not using projects.

Milestones are for grouping tasks into deadlines. Particularly when the tasks are blocking progress on to next stage.

Issues are for tasks. If a person is assigned to an issue - it means they are working on it. probably best to assign yourself rather than others.

The Wiki is being used for overall project documentation - like timelines, protocols and processes.

We are logging time in Kimai under these categories which are also used as labels so that people can easily see which tasks are available to them:

• Development (writing code)
• Project Management and marketing
• Testing
