Template update for nf-core/tools version 2.13

  • Resolved merge conflicts
  • Adapted subworkflows/local/utils.../main.nf#PIPELINE_INITIALISATION to emit unchanged samplesheet channel as the processing and validation of the samplesheet takes place in the workflows/detaxizer.nf
  • removed doubled schema entry from nextflow_schema.json
