This updates the CDA MDHT dependency to the Swiss fork mentioned in #118. It is an update of the version 1.2 used in IPF and allows parsing clinical document related to eMedication (i.e. IHE Pharmacy documents); see by example the added fields in the Material class: v1.2 vs v1.6.
