Use this cluster to test https://console-openshift-console.apps.ods-qe-psi-07.osp.rh-ods.com/dashboards

1. Go to Data science projects
2. Choose comalley-test
3. Open the deployed model
4. Go to the Model Bias Tab and verify the below.
5. When No metrics are set up we don't see the metrics dropdown on the left. The text for configuration is updated with the design, and the Icon is changed from wrench(per discussion with Vince)

2. When Opening the configuration Tab the Metrics type dropdown has a normal width, and when selecting a value, the full name is displayed once the dropdown is closed, Instead of only the value inside the parentheses 3.
