feat: adds sorting and search functionality

Description

Adds sorting and search functionality to the enterprise members table and displays the learner's full name instead of username.

Testing Instructions

• Check out branch and start with npm run start:stage
• Navigate to https://localhost.stage.edx.org:1991/alc-general/admin/people-management, click on Create group
• Verify that you can search for a name and apply sorting to the columns.
