… CVE-2022-39253 fix.

There are 3 unit tests on builder repo which test git functionality.
They presumes the git package would have file protocol enabled by default.
But post CVE-2022-39253 , git package file protocl is disabled by default.
This is causing these tests to fail.These unit tests are dulplicates as
the same functionality is being tested in other places in CI.Hence its
been decided to skip them to avoid blockers on CI.
