An e2e test was broken because it depended on a specific package not existing on the openupm registry. But now this package exists. To fix this, with the help of @favoyang we have now setup a local registry as part of the e2e environment where we can setup test scenarios.
Also added a few more e2e tests to see if the registry works as expected.
