This release introduces several bug fixes and new features.

Bugs

Fix Infinite recursion occurs when attempting to project from NAD83 projection to WGS84 projection
Fix Bad recursive call for EPSG:4299, EPSG:29900, EPSG:29902
Fix Datum transformation from toWGS84 to TM65
Remove synchronized method and avoid dead thread when registries are loaded
Prevent recursion in some cases where toWGS84 method is null

Features

Update EPSG registry definitions. The registry is aligned with postgis 2.5.1.
