A stable release for Windows, still not yet having all features.

Current changes:

• INTs will no longer break on rare occasions thanks to a fix by Zungle!
• Changed LICENSE to Unlicense

Version 14.5

A stable release for Windows and Linux, not yet having all features.

Current changes:

• Tools not currently added no longer show up on main window
• Discord Rich Presence added and able to be disabled at build time
• Console and logging for people who have issues with the executables
• Removed the cmd window that pops up on start up and stays forever
• UI code cleaned up as well as actual UI
• INT optimization removed from pwf2int (execs)
• New icon drawn by @p4ckles!
