Added a mesh class which owns and sets up the mesh as well as all mesh-related fields such the grid scale and wall distance.
Reinstated dtFactor function for limiting errors from variable time-stepping which seems to have been lost in the reshuffle.
Added read/write of thermodynamic pressure. Only matters for closed systems.
