Trying to improve the contribute section, re #17.
Notably, I've flipped some sections, separated building the site from adding to it, and (perhaps most importantly) injected the "contribute directly" in the list of ways to contribute. I'm unsure if you actually want this or not. Perhaps there is a discussion to be had here (or maybe it's already taken place)?
Be sure to ignore white space in the diff (or look a rich diff).
