Hi @AntoxaAntoxic, I'm the author of prebid/prebid-server#3612 and I've already ported the update with #3100.
I also noticed that the current PR changed the iframe URL instead of adding the redirect support. So please do not merge the PR otherwise the mechanism for iframe sync will break.
Merging #3100 will be sufficient to port the PBS-Go update. Thank you!
