  • #Num: #8 Find power bars and extension cords
    • this is still open, is there any action we should take this week on it?
    • number is bounded by people requirements (which is bounded by how the rooms are laid out, e.g. tables vs. no tables) and power capability (which AV peeps will know more on)
  • #Num: #18 Talk submission form
    • talks are due today. this issue can be closed.
  • Talk Edit form -- bother to change?
  • #Num: #20 Contact confirmed speakers w.r.t. AV requirements
    • when should we plan to do this?
  • AV accessibility
    • what should be done for this? maybe this fits more in room layout discussion. priority labels on chairs near front, sufficient space for anyone in wheel chairs or scooters to park and navigate aisles. ask AV vendors about accessibility equipment to hook up to sound? should we ask whether anyone needs it first?
  • Opening slide design
    • when should we ask designer to get this done? ask Carl when he needs it, then give designer enough leadin time
  • licensing: pick CC BY 3.0 for the entire conference?

    • this is designed so maybe close this issue out?
    • I made a fork to add an element for release permissions, I can open a new issue for that
    • should also ask about licensing at the next official meeting. w.r.t. tech stuff, I'm not sure how youtube handles license display. I'll look in to that before assuming it will support it programmatically.
