Create zizmor.yaml Update zizmor.yaml show in term and summary instead of just summary. Update zizmor.yaml if condition not really needed here. it will either be 0 or not.

Not a super serious PR just something that might be of interest to @xavier2k6 that I made into a workflow that prints the results as as summary.
