  • Updated primary "boost_url" to archives.boost.io

The agreement between Boost & JFrog came to an end in December 2024.

Boost won't be updated in CI to 1.87.0 for a while as libtorrent RC_1_2 branch is currently incompatible due to enforced deprecations.

Are you not able to use the Github release assets instead for these version?

I default to these as primary sources if available and have not had issues, aside from the naming structure being different.
