We intend to test the new platform by uploading the data from the last audit year
It's not the current year as the audit year goes April -> March

Fixes #460. Audit years run April -> March so the current audit year (as of 13 Jan 2025) is 2024 not 2025.
I've raised #481 to track how we want to add new audit years.
