Arbitrage tools:

• Add seaborn and matplotlib as dependencies
• Make arbitrage a generic standalone function that supports multiple exchanges
• Add optimal arbitrage calculation to show the optimal amount to arbitrage and size of opportunity (graph)
• Add "reverse" arbitrage for checking opportunities to send money abroad via coins.

Telegram Bot:

• Replace pyTelegramBotAPI with telepot for async message handling
