Update actions/checkout from v3 to v4 and super-linter from v4 to v7 to ensure the CI pipeline uses the latest versions of these actions.
Update README with Docker setup instructions and unsupervised update information. Simplify docker-compose.yml to use .env file for environment variables. Remove outdated information and add new features description.
