Text to Speech with Python GUI

using `pip install playsound` and `pip install gTTS`

we can import `tkinter` gui on our system

for background i used 2 labels

label 1 lightblue' label 2 green

and it will save your audio in wav format

later os.playsound() will play your sound

named covert.wav
