Added new sample endpoints:
- /items/{item_id} with GET/PUT methods (example endpoints).
Removed Lambda Funtion IAM_AUTH and now it's public with NONE auth.
Added unit tests for the newly created sample endpoints.
Replaced the Python dependencies install commands to match all linux versions manylinux2014_x86_64.
Updated versions:
- Python from 3.9 to 3.12
- CDK from 2.83.1 to 2.130.0
- FastAPI from 0.98.0 to 0.109.0
