Clean up a couple of missed merge conflicts

VS Code is great but it isn't perfect.  Either it failed to show me
a couple conflicts or (more likely) I pushed the button to stage anyway,
thinking that it was seeing a ====== delimiter in a comment as a
conflict marker.
