[WIP] Feature/import ee data

Description

This PR adds several features to the repository:

• adds all notebooks with experimental analysis and processing to src/notebooks
• OOB for src/notebooks/download_ee_data.ipynb [WIP]
• adding a .gitignore to remove unnecessary pushes to the repository

The new instructions for running librarry imports and python scripts are in the README.md
