Problem Description
Send a reminder email for each registered event on the morning the event will take place. Will use a SendGrid, MailChimp, or local email template through SMTP to hard-coded google groups. Must have support for a similar periodic event system as in #10.
The reminder email will consist of the flyer, title, and description of the event.
