@ssorj - wanted to use this as an aide for reviewing skupperproject/skupper#1855.
Currently installs the manifest yaml output from
make generate-network-observer-generic. Thoughts on the default configuration here? I think the default no-ingress works fine for demo-purposes with kubectl port-forward. Could be convinced to drop basic auth as the default.
