Description of PR Summary: This support add sanity check for snappi related topologies by skipping BGP and nbrhost check as there is no cEOS neighbor in snappi topologies. Approach What is the motivation for this PR? support sanity check for IXIA toplogy. How did you do it? Skip the items which is not needed for snappi testbed. How did you verify/test it?
