Key changes - all clusters

  • Image update - OpenHPC v3.1 for RL9 by @sjpb in #394.
    The new RL9 image (see below) has:
    • RL9.4 (+ dnf updates)
    • OpenHPC v3.1 (bumps slurm from 22.0.5 to 23.11.5, new compilers etc)
    • Upgraded OFED to version 24.04-0.6.6.0
    • Bumped OSC ondemand role, so the dnf-installed ondemand package will now be the latest available.
  • Support Ceph quincy for RL9 by @sjpb in #397

CI changes:

  • Test CI now also runs on RL8 image, if PR is labelled "RL8"

Deployment Notes

Roles/collections from Ansible Galaxy have changed. To update these run:

dev/setup-env.sh
