Relative derivation paths are not supported by keycard

Problem:

For users who upgraded from Status v1 (1.20.6) the additionally created wallet accounts will have relative derivation paths instead of absolute ones (e.g. m/1 instead of m/44/60/0/0/1).

As has been found out by @flexsurfer keycards do not support relative derivation paths which results in the issues like this one #21824 (comment)

We need to add support of relative derivation paths in keycards.

it's not really a problem of keycard, it's a bug in status app, m/1 shouldn't be used and shown to the user

there is no such thing as Relative derivation paths, so this should be fixed
