feat(api): add space to options and site

Goal

While neither of these are actual implemented yet, describes a future world where locator queries can both be limited by space, and results provide information that a location applies to.

Implementation

• adds spaces parameter to Fetch and Location options
• adds space member to Site
• also updates to pnpm@9 and sets packagemanager so corepack works properly.
