DFTI Block 2a
Block 2 of DFTI adds support for online data access over UDP in addition to the primary functionality of logging data for post-flight analysis. This version implements a UDP server that sends state data (timestamp, Euler angles, quaternion, angular rates, accelerations, airspeed, AOA, sideslip, and controls) to a specified IP address/port for use by other programs running onboard the aircraft mission computer.
Additionally, minor improvements are made in the configuration of the logging rates and the way log files are created.
Block 2a is a minor fix for the Zenodo JSON file to make sure the DOI updates.

DFTI Block 1 (Baseline Functionality)
Baseline functionality.
This version of DFTI2 contains the baseline required functionality:
- VN-200 INS support
- Micro Air Data Computer support
- RIO support (control effector deflections, engine RPM)
This version currently provides all the required data for parameter and
system identification flight test.
