Project Title: PwC Switzerland Power BI Case

Overview

In this project where I honed my Power BI skills to understand clients' data visualization needs, I meticulously analyzed a substantial dataset comprising 5000+ entries. This dataset encompassed Call Center trends, Customer Retention information, and detailed analysis of 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within HR data. Throughout this endeavor, I achieved the following milestones:

  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization by creating Power BI dashboards that effectively conveyed KPIs, showcasing my ability to respond to client requests with well-designed solutions.
  • Exhibited strong communication skills through concise and informative email correspondence with engagement partners, delivering valuable insights and actionable suggestions derived from data analysis.
  • Utilized analytical problem-solving skills to identify root causes for gender balance issues at the executive management level, underscoring a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
