This repository contains a python script that (a) annotates MMEJ reads on the CRISPResso outputs, (b) converts CRISPResso Allele_Frequency_Table to variant tables that could be analysed using RIMA. Also, RIMA excel workbook is updated to allow execution on both Mac and Win systems.
