This pull request will ultimately become Minke 2.0.0, which is designed to both overhaul Minke, and make it a much more useful tool by adding things like CBC waveforms and making it much easier to produce injections.
It will also provide an improved way of creating training data for machine learning algorithms, and it will be interoperable with modern packages including GWPy, providing a much more Pythonic interface to underlying LALSimulation waveforms.
