On this Pull Request, I implemented the following,

• Create deleteItemSlice.js file and fetch API endpoint
• Add DeletePlace.js component and render JSX
• Check and correct styleling and eslint errors
• Link to Back End Repo Delete item backend 👨‍💻  final-capstone-rails-api#16
