This still need some automation and TLC, but I wanted to get some code in your hands in the event I continue to get DoS'd with UKR-RUS work at $DAYJOB.
The new python file is just a pipe-delimited data exporter (path of least resistance) and the R file has some font dependencies that come with one of the pkgs but I haven't accounted for them in a GH linux container context yet.
Ideally this will be a GH action you can manually trigger whenever, but I'll work out the kinks of that at some point.
