this code is workin if the connection is lost during the execution.
it's trying to reconnect every 2 minutes and it's timing out if the stored connection is lost, tryes to lounch the captive portal and if that is timing out it's going back to the execution and then tryes to reconnect again.
hope this solves a lot of complains about code geting stuck
