Usage

How to Keep Your Original Tab Plugin Settings After Installing Tabless

  1. After installing Tabless, agree to modify the new tab page.
  2. Go to the browser's extensions page (chrome://extensions/) and re-enable your original tab page plugin (e.g., iTab). This will reset the new tab page to iTab.
  3. At this point, both the Tabless and your original tab page plugin (like iTab) will be enabled. You can set a shortcut to open Tabless or add it to the toolbar. Click the Tabless icon in the toolbar to open the page.

Shortcuts

  • Chromium:
    Navigate to chrome://extensions/shortcuts to manage extension shortcuts.
  • Firefox: firefox-shortcut

PC User-Agent Rules Condition

  • Separate multiple rules using ;
  • Format for URL filter rules: MDN Reference

Revert Homepage or New Tab

Shortcuts remain functional as long as the add-on is enabled, even after reverting settings.

  • Chromium:
    Go to chrome://settings/onStartup to reset your homepage or new tab.
  • Firefox:
    Visit about:preferences#home to adjust homepage or new tab settings.
