Note, Warning means user entered will be invalid, but admin entered is allowed

GL Strings

1. Must pass AE API validation - Error
2. Fund must be 13U20 - Warning
3. Department must role up to AAES00C . As part of this check, the entered department must be enabled. - Warning
4. Natural Account must be 410004 - Warning

PPM Strings

1. Must pass AE API validation - Error
2. Organization must roll up to ERP Department AAES00C . As part of this check, the entered department (organization) must be enabled. - Warning
3. Looking up by project number and task number, must find GL posting data - Error
4. Looking up by project number and task number, must find GlPostingFundCode - Error
5. Looking up by project number and task number, GlPostingFundCode must be 13U20 - Warning
6. Expenditure Type (Natural Account) must be 410004 - Warning
