Summary:

• Add new key first_hop_hostkey under [Globals].
  This changes makes it easer to distribute
  working-out-of-box configuration files.
• Add new key jump_hostkey in [*Tunnel|Socks]
  sections. This changes makes it easer to distribute
  working-out-of-box configuration files.
• Add new key jump_login in [*Tunnel|Socks]
  sections. This allows having a different user on
  the first_hop and the jump_host.
