New REST APIs for Sandboxes, Annotations and More

This release adds support for the following API endpoints:

• healthcheck/status
• sandboxes/ (create, read, update, delete)
• annotations (create)
• findings/static_flaw_info
• findings/dynamic_flaw_info
• applications/summary_report

It also addresses potential issues with CRLF injection in logging.
